1x gasket for 4mm EGR blanking plate;
2x gaskets for blanking plate;
2x M8 nuts;
1x small coolant hose adapter;
1x large coolant hose adapter.
Application:
Volkswagen:
New Beetle 2002-2010 with 1.9 BEW or ATD diesel engine;
Passat 2003-2005 with 2.0 BGW diesel engine;
Caddy 2004-2010 with 1.9 BRR or BRS diesel engine;
Multivan MK5 2006-2009 with 1.9 BRR or BRS diesel engine;
Transporter T5 2006-2010 with 1.9 BRR or BRS diesel engine.
Audi:
A4/ A4 Avant/ A4 Quattro/ A4 Cabriolet 2005-2008 with 1.9 BKE or BRB diesel engine, or 2.0 BPW or BRC diesel engine.
Skoda:
Superb 2002-2008 with 1.9 BSV or BPZ diesel engine, or 2.0 BSS or BWW diesel engine.
This kit replaces the EGR valve with part number:
038 131 501 BF;
038 131 501 BH;
038 131 501 AD.
The EGR valve must be deactivated from the engine, as it can cause the vehicle to enter limp mode.
