AeroDM Lug Mount
The all-new AeroDM six piston forged brake caliper provides big brake stopping power for both on and off-road applications. The caliper incorporates race technology in a wide adaptability body design.
With variable lug geometry, the AeroDM offers direct axle mount fitment on 13.38” diameter proprietary rotors on many late model trucks. Multiple piston volume options give this caliper the versatility needed to meet all heavy-duty braking requirements. The new AeroDM is the latest innovation in the Aero4/6 caliper series. It has been designed with internal fluid ports that eliminate external fluid transfer tubes and a solid central bridge assembly for added stiffness. The Aero series body is stress-flow forged from a premium aluminum alloy billet. Stress-flow forging realigns the internal grain structure of the metal to flow within the contour of the caliper body. This process eliminates the stresses and interruptions in the internal grain structure that occur when machining a straight block billet. The result is a caliper with superior clamping efficiency, and ultimate resistance to fatigue, stress and deflection under load.Pistons
