Forged Dynalite Internal
The Forged Billet Dynalite Internal caliper is the next generation improvement to the venerable Forged Dynalite series calipers. Designed with a unique split bridge and no spacers to improve strength and appearance. These latest developments and innovations applied in caliper design and manufacturing processes have resulted in substantial improvements in strength and performance over all comparable models. This new non-spacer design of the Forged Dynalite caliper series makes it the stiffest and most visually attractive design to date.
The Forged Billet Dynalite Internal caliper is the strongest caliper in its class, with weights starting at 3.00 pounds (1.36 kg). The stress-flow forging process realigns the metallic grain structure within the contour of the caliper body.
This process eliminates the breaks and interruptions in the internal grain structure that occur when machining a straight block. The radial transition design generated by Finite Element Analysis (FEA) eliminates steps and shoulders in the area between the piston housing body and the caliper bridges. Incorporating a radius in this transition area substantially increases resistance to deflection and caliper separation under load. Structural deflection and volumetric displacement tests have shown that the Forged Dynalite caliper outperforms all existing styles of this popular size. class="Gray11B">Stainless SteelRotor Dimensions
