Forged Dynalite Internal
The Forged Billet Dynalite Internal caliper is the next generation upgrade to the venerable Forged Dynalite series calipers. Designed with a unique, spacer-less, split bridge for improved strength and appearance. These latest developments and innovations applied in caliper design and manufacturing processes have resulted in substantial improvements in strength and performance over all comparable models. This new spacer-less design of the Forged Dynalite caliper series makes it the stiffest and most visually appealing design to date.
The Forged Billet Dynalite Internal caliper is the strongest caliper in its class, with weights starting at 3.00 pounds. The true stress-flow forging process realigns the metal’s grain structure within the contour of the caliper body.
This process eliminates breaks and interruptions in the internal grain structure that occur when machining a straight block. The finite element analysis (FEA) generated radial transition design eliminates steps and shoulders in the area between the piston housing body and the caliper bridges. Incorporating a radius into this transition area substantially increases caliper deflection and separation resistance under load.
