Superlite 6R Forged Radial Mount Caliper
The Superlite 6R series of calipers is the benchmark in asphalt short track, late model, modified, and open wheel competition. It also enjoys a high profile in various road race, rally, and sport driving applications. The new FSL6R model series is the latest innovation in this Superlite caliper family. It has been redesigned with internal fluid ports that eliminate external fluid transfer tubes. The transfer tube has been replaced by two additional bleed screw assemblies that allow differential bore models to have both left and right hand orientation, without the need for a front or rear specific setup.

The most outstanding feature on all FSL6R caliper models is the exceptional strength and light weight of the forging. Weighing in at only 4.4 pounds, the caliper body design is a product of computer generated solid modeling and stress analysis technology. Each caliper features closed-end bridges with a radial transition into the main body and piston bore housings. The elimination of machined steps and sharp shoulders in this critical area provides a substantial increase in overall body strength and resistance to deflection under load. Every FSL6R body is stress-flow forged from premium grade aluminum alloy billet.
