Billet Narrow Dynalite Radial Mount Brake Caliper

Wilwood’s prestigious DynaLite calipers are used in every type of racing, and the latest Billet Narrow Dynalite Radial Mount (NDLR) series is better than ever. Starting at a mere 3.20 pounds (1.45 kg), this compact and lightweight caliper now incorporates a stronger radial mount design. Engineered with a spacer-less body specifically for .38", .810", and 1.00" (0.96 cm, 20.66 cm, and 2.54 cm) wide rotors, and a central bridge bolt that increases the caliper's overall strength and top-loading pad retention. A durable Mil-Spec Type III hard-anodized ceramic aluminum oxide finish further enhances caliper durability by resisting bore wear and surface abrasion.

Billet NDLR calipers can be mounted directly on studs with 4.75" (12 cm) on-center spacing, or used with a radial mount bracket kit in place of a lug mount caliper.

Internal dampening springs, internal fluid crossover, internal controlled retraction seals, and 3/8” cross bolts for added strength and stiffness combine to provide a consistent pedal feel from beginning to end. It uses 7816-type brake pads with many Wilwood compound options to fine-tune your driving style and track conditions. The Billet NDLR caliper is compact, lightweight, and robust, providing strong clamping force thanks to its four stainless steel cup pistons. The bodies are fully CNC machined from a solid piece, with internal fluid ports that eliminate external fluid tubing. Each caliper is equipped with two corner bleeders and external inlets in the correct location for standard internal mounting. The bridges are equipped with stainless steel anti-vibration wear plates. These plates reduce bridge wear and provide smooth, vibration-free pad operation. A central bolt in the bridge increases the caliper's overall strength and positive top-loading pad retention. All Billet NDLR calipers are designed for long life using the 0.63” 16.0 mm thick 7816 style brake pads. These pads are available in various PolyMatrix compounds to provide the right braking torque and thermal range for any high-performance or racing application. Radial mount bracket kits are used to install a radial mount brake caliper in place of a lug mount brake caliper. Brackets are available for Sprint and Midget Inboard and Dirt Late Model applications for various rotor diameters.
