Aero4-DS Radial Mount
The new Aero4-DS four-piston forged brake caliper offers substantial braking power for street or track. The caliper brings race-proven technology into a wide range of application body designs. Radial mounting, multiple piston volume options, and a rotor diameter range from 12.88” up to 15.00” give this caliper the versatility required to satisfy all types of high-power braking requirements. The new Aero4-DS is the latest innovation in the Aero series of calipers, incorporating a proprietary dust seal that further protects the piston bore from dust and corrosion, allowing for use in locations where an environmental sealing method is required. The Aero series body is stress-flow forged from a premium aluminum alloy block. This process realigns the internal grain structure of the metal to flow within the contour of the caliper body. This process eliminates the internal grain stresses and interruptions that occur when machining a straight block. The result is a caliper with superior clamping efficiency and maximum resistance against fatigue, stress, and deflection under load.
