Aero4 Radial Mount
The new Aero4 Forged Four Piston Caliper provides high-strength braking for the street or track. It incorporates race-bred technology into a body design with wide-ranging adaptability. Radial mounting, multiple piston volume options, and a rotor diameter range from 12.88” to 15.00” give this caliper the versatility to meet all types of high-power braking requirements. The new Aero4 is the latest innovation in the W4A / W6A caliper series. It has been redesigned with internal fluid ports that eliminate external fluid crossover tubes and the massive center bridge assembly.
The Aero Series body is stress-flow forged from a premium-grade aluminum alloy block. Stress-flow forging realigns the internal grain structure of the metal to flow within the contour of the caliper body. This process eliminates the internal grain structure stresses and interruptions that occur when machining a straight block. The result is a caliper with superior clamping efficiency and maximum resistance against fatigue, stress, and deflection under load.Rotor Dimensions
