Nuke Performance AluCell fuel cells are compatible with carbureted fuel systems and with the integrated CFC unit from Nuke Performance. They eliminate the need for an external surge tank, which is essential for the operation of a fuel cell, making them the perfect alternative for fuel injection systems. AluCell cells are manufactured from the highest quality aluminum for use with all fuel types and are approved for gasoline, methanol, and ethanol.

They include an integrated 2-liter surge tank and a machined hanger for 1 or 2 fuel pumps. AluCell aluminum fuel cells are delivered with the Nuke Performance CFC unit as a replacement for the fill plate. The unique Nuke Performance CFC unit is the ideal solution for a simplified high-performance fuel system, where simplicity and durability are paramount. This setup eliminates the need for a space-consuming external surge tank. With all necessary fuel pumps integrated into the cell itself, this is the only component you need. This frees up space and weight, and increases safety as fewer fuel line connections are required, and no external fuel pumps are used. Internal high-pressure fuel pumps, for any need between 200 and 2000hp. The AluCell is delivered with the unique Nuke Performance CFC unit, which incorporates an integrated fuel surge tank. It is compatible with single or dual high-pressure fuel pumps from Deatschwerks, AEM, Ti Automotive, Walbro, Bosch, Fuelab, Aeromotive, and many more. It fits all common 39mm fuel pumps, as well as larger pumps like the Deatschwerks DW400, Walbro GST450/GST520, Bosch BR540, and Aeromotive Stealth 450. Thanks to the internal surge tank, this solution ensures a constant fuel flow for power outputs between 200 and 2000hp, without supply issues, even under demanding driving conditions.

The CFC unit is compatible with most common fuel pumps. Together with Nuke Performance fuel pump mounting kits, setting up a high-performance fuel system has never been easier. How are the fuel pumps mounted inside the fuel tank and the AluCell surge tank? The single tank-mounted fuel pump acts as a pickup pump, ensuring that the high-pressure fuel pumps within the oversized 2-liter (0.53 US gallon) surge tank always have enough fuel to maximize flow and minimize the risk of fuel starvation, which can severely damage the engine. The CFC unit comes with everything needed to install your choice of fuel pumps, but we recommend adding one of our fuel pump mounting kits for optimal operation. All fuel pumps are securely mounted in any condition thanks to the machined fuel pump brackets.

Our wide variety of connections and mounting possibilities suits all your fuel delivery needs in an aftermarket fuel system. The Nuke Performance CFC (Competition Fuel Cell) unit, with an integrated surge tank, is now equipped with ORB threads instead of the UNF threads they initially used. The AN-10 ORB outlet port and AN-8 ORB return port let you choose from various available ORB connections. Using the oversized, high-flow AN-10 ORB outlet integrates the internal fuel pumps into a single line, minimizing the need for external equipment, hoses, and connections. The included roll-over protected vent connection is AN-6 (3/4 UNF) and can be replaced with AN-6 to AN-10 when needed. NEW: The AN-6 Fuel Cell Vent Kit connects directly to the CFC unit's vent valve for easy installation. The CFC unit is equipped with an AN-8 (3/4 UNF) to AN-6 Male vent fitting with roll-over protection. The easiest way to route the vent line into a safe and functional position is by using a Nuke Performance fuel cell vent kit. Available in various sizes from AN-6 to AN-12, you can choose the kit that best suits your needs. If you wish to use a larger diameter vent line than AN-6, you will also need to change the fitting on the vent valve. The vent kit includes a 1m (3.3ft) nitrile fuel hose and a universal air filter that prevents debris from entering the fuel system.

Lightweight 20/40/45/60/80-liter aluminum fuel cell with integrated brackets. To ensure the highest quality, the AluCells are manufactured from two pieces of aluminum and automatically welded by a 5-axis welding robot. Each is individually pressure tested before surface treatment to ensure maximum functionality and compliance with CE certification specifications. Thanks to the use of high corrosion-resistant aluminum (5083 H111), it does not require internal anodizing or powder coating that is affected by alcohol fuels such as ethanol. This prevents damage to injectors and filters when the coating dissolves. Over time, a slight color variation may occur inside the fuel tank, especially when using alcohol fuels, but this does not affect its function. Choose from 20-liter (5.28 gallons), 40-liter (10.56 gallons), 45-liter (11.88 gallons), 60-liter (15.85 gallons), and 80-liter (21.13 gallons) versions.
