The lightweight and economical AluCell aluminum fuel cells are combined with the Nuke Performance surge tank (CFC unit).

This product offers an affordable solution for those who do not require FIA homologation for professional racing, but want to enjoy all the advantages of the Nuke Performance CFC unit. The fuel pump bracket with integrated surge tank provides this functionality, including:

Nuke Performance AluCell fuel cells are suitable for use with carburetor-based fuel systems and with the integrated Nuke Performance CFC unit. They eliminate the need for an external surge tank, which is indispensable for the operation of a fuel cell, making them a perfect alternative for fuel injection systems. AluCell cells are made from the highest quality aluminum, suitable for all types of fuel and 100% compatible with gasoline, methanol, and ethanol.

AluCell aluminum fuel tanks include the Nuke Performance CFC unit as a replacement for the fill plate. The unique Nuke Performance CFC unit is the perfect solution for a simplified high-performance fuel system, where simplicity and durability are paramount. This setup eliminates the need for a space-consuming external surge tank. With all necessary fuel pumps integrated into the tank itself, this is the only component needed. This frees up space and weight, and increases safety, as fewer fuel line connections are required and no external fuel pumps are used.

Internal high-pressure fuel pumps, for any need between 200 and 2000 HP

AluCell tanks include the unique Nuke Performance CFC unit with integrated surge tank function and are compatible with single or dual high-pressure fuel pumps from Deatschwerks, AEM, Ti Automotive, Walbro, Bosch, Fuelab, Aeromotive, and many more. It is compatible with all common 39mm fuel pumps, as well as the larger Deatschwerks DW400, Walbro GST450/GST520, Bosch BR540, and Aeromotive Stealth 450. This solution provides a constant fuel flow for power outputs between 200 and 2000 horsepower, without any fuel starvation, even under demanding driving conditions, thanks to the internal surge tank.

The CFC unit is compatible with most common fuel pumps. Together with Nuke Performance fuel pump mounting kits, setting up a high-performance fuel system has never been easier.

How are the fuel pumps mounted inside the AluCell fuel tank and surge tank?

The single tank-mounted fuel pump works as a lift pump, ensuring that the high-pressure fuel pumps within the oversized 2-liter (0.53 gallon) surge tank always have enough fuel to maximize flow and minimize the risk of fuel starvation that can severely damage the engine. The fuel pumps of your choice, but we recommend adding one of our fuel pump mounting kits for optimal operation. All fuel pumps are securely mounted in any condition thanks to the machined brackets.

Delivered with all necessary fittings for quick and easy installation

The Nuke Performance CFC unit includes an AN-10 (7/8 UNF) to AN-8 male fitting and an AN-10 male fitting, as well as an AN-8 (3/4 UNF) to AN-8 male return fitting. Using the oversized high-flow AN-10 outlet combines the internal fuel pumps into a single fuel line and minimizes the need for external equipment, hoses, and fittings. The vent fittings with roll-over protection are AN-6 and can be changed to AN-6 to AN-10 when needed. Additional AN-6 to AN-12 fittings are sold separately as accessories.

Lightweight 40/60 liter aluminum fuel tank with integrated brackets

To ensure maximum quality, AluCells are made from two automatically welded aluminum pieces by a 5-axis welding robot. Each unit undergoes individual pressure testing before surface treatment to ensure maximum functionality and compliance with CE certification specifications. Thanks to the use of highly corrosion-resistant 5083 H111 aluminum, it does not require internal anodizing or powder coating (common in cheaper fuel cells), which are affected by alcoholic fuels such as ethanol. This prevents damage to injectors and filters when the coating dissolves. Choose between 40-liter (10.56 gallons) and 60-liter (15.85 gallons) versions.
