This high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (520mm x 200mm x 150mm / stepped = 13,000 cm³), providing a 50% larger frontal area and 70% more volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow and improved charge cooling properties. High-performance intercooler core with turbulators in a stepped design (weight: 9.2kg). Constructed from the highest quality Bar & Plate intercooler cores combined with CAD optimized cast aluminum. Flow analyses and simulations were conducted to optimize the design for the best possible internal airflow. This intercooler is the best choice for increased performance and low intake temperatures. It features significantly less pressure drop than the stock intercooler. It has an anti-corrosion protective coating with excellent thermal dissipation capabilities. It offers optimal cooling with noticeably more power. The kit is ready for installation (plug & play), using the original piping. No cutting or bumper removal is required. Installation is simple, replacing the stock intercooler. All our products undergo rigorous quality control.
