The performance package for the BMW E90-series 335d consists of the intercooler upgrade kit, the downpipe kit, and fits the following vehicles: BMW 335d E90/91/92/93 (2006-2011). Intercooler Upgrade Kit 200001029. This high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (520mm x 200mm x 150mm / stepped = 13,000 cm³), providing a 50% larger frontal area and 70% more volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow and charge cooling properties. High-performance intercooler core with turbulators in a stepped design (weight: 9.2kg). Constructed with the highest quality Bar & Plate intercooler cores combined with CAD-optimized cast aluminum. Flow analyses and simulations were conducted to optimize the design for the best possible internal airflow. This intercooler is the best choice in terms of performance gains and low intake temperatures. It features significantly less pressure drop than the OEM intercooler. It has an anti-corrosion protective coating with excellent thermal dissipation. It offers optimal cooling with clearly superior power. The kit is ready for installation (plug & play), using the original piping. No cutting or bumper removal is required. Installation is simple, replacing the OEM intercooler. All our products undergo rigorous quality control. Packing list: 1 intercooler, 1 mounting kit, 1 installation instructions.
