Wagner Tuning Competition Package for BMW F Series B58 Engine without OPF (200 CPSI)

The Competition Package for the BMW F Series B58 engine includes the upgraded radiator kit and the downpipe kit, and is compatible with the following vehicles:

BMW 1 Series F20/F21 LCI from September 2015 - M140(x)i; BMW 2 Series F22/F23 LCI from September 2016 - M240i; BMW 3 Series F30/F31/F34/F35 LCI from September 2014 - 340i; BMW 4 Series F32/F33/F36 LCI from May 2016 - 440i.

The 3.0 liter B58 turbo engine in the aforementioned BMW models is equipped with an indirect charge air cooling circuit. Therefore, charge air cooling is not performed by ambient air as a cooling medium (as is usual), but by its own cooling water circuit. A reduction in the cooling water temperature directly results in improved charge air cooling. This is precisely where the advantages of the WAGNERTUNING high-performance radiator come into play. The new WAGNERTUNING high-performance radiator competition core increases the volume of the original radiator by 117%. The calculated ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface generates maximum heat transfer and, at the same time, allows for sufficient airflow for surrounding components (e.g., engine radiator) to perform their own heat exchange. Additionally, by using a larger amount of cooling water, the temperature of the entire system remains lower for a longer period of time.

All WAGNERTUNING radiators are equipped with a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating to ensure lasting cooling. The plug & play installation of the system is simple and easy to perform (installation instructions included).
