The Competition Package for the BMW E Series consists of the EVO3 intercooler upgrade kit and the downpipe kit with diesel particulate filter (DPF) delete for the following vehicles:

The BMW EVO III Competition Intercooler Kit has the following core dimensions (510mm x 303mm x 180mm / stepped, 20.65 L) (20inch x 11.9inch x 7.09inch / stepped, 1260.14 cubic inches). The high-performance intercooler core provides a 133% larger frontal area and 183% more volume compared to the stock intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any factory restrictions, resulting in increased flow and improved charge cooling properties. We use our award-winning WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler Core, which was specifically designed for this application. It is constructed from the highest quality tube fin intercooler cores with internal turbulators combined with CFD optimized cast aluminum end tanks for the best possible internal airflow. Original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameter has been increased to Ø70 mm/2.756 inches (for inlet and outlet). This kit includes reinforced silicone hoses, providing excellent cooling properties and significantly less pressure drop than the stock intercooler. Despite its size, the complete intercooler weighs only 13.2 kg. This intercooler kit is the best choice for performance gains and low intake temperatures, and it is also ideal for racing. All of our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion protective coating with excellent thermal dissipation capabilities. Optimal cooling with more power. The kit is ready for installation, with 100% perfect fitment. Easy installation; only minor adjustments to the intercooler plastic bracket are required.
