The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (515mm x 367mm x 95mm = 16.5 L / 14.45 in. x 3.74 in. = 1006.9 in.³) and offers an 84% larger cooling surface and 101% more intake air volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improving the end tank design to remove any restrictions from the original system, resulting in increased flow and improved intake cooling properties. This intercooler for the Audi RS3 uses our award-winning WAGNERTUNING competition intercooler core, specifically manufactured for this application. Constructed from the highest quality tube and fin intercooler cores with internal turbulators and CFD-optimized cast aluminum end tanks for optimal internal airflow. Thanks to additional air guides in the internal inlet, an even filling of the intercooler is achieved. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal pressure drop. This kit is therefore ideal for racing. The intercooler and cross member form a stable unit and weigh only 14.3 kg. It is mounted at the original mounting points and its installation is simple (1:1 replacement).
