Product details

The Competition Package for the BMW F-series consists of the intercooler upgrade kit and the catless N20 downpipe kit, and is compatible with the following vehicles: BMW 125i F20 / F21, BMW 220i F22 / F23, BMW 228i (x) F22 / F23, BMW 320i (x) F30 / F31 / F34, BMW 328i (x) F30 / F31 / F34, BMW 420i (x) F32 / F36, BMW 428i (x) F32 / F36. Intercooler Upgrade Kit 200001071. The high-performance intercooler has the following dimensions (520mm x 215mm x 145mm / stepped 13,840 cm³ / stock IC 510mm x 130mm x 110mm, 7,293 cm³). Approx. 85% larger face area and 90% more volume than the stock intercooler. The Competition core provides excellent cooling properties and is very lightweight (8.6kg). The intercooler end tanks are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized with the help of CAD flow analysis. Plug & Play installation using the stock piping, no cutting or bumper removal required. Packing list: 1 intercooler, 1 mounting material, 1 installation instruction manual. The downpipe kit for the BMW N20 engine 500001016 directly replaces BMW part no. 18327645666. Made from high-quality 1.4301 (SS304) stainless steel. 100% perfect fit, replaces the original part. Lower thermal load on the turbocharger. More power by reducing back pressure. Increased torque. Catless. Connection diameter: 105mm.
