Heat Screen™ solves the problem of engine and exhaust heat penetrating a vehicle's interior and components.

Heat Screen™ offers an excellent way to reflect radiant heat, directing it away from the vehicle's interior. Additionally, thanks to its flexibility, it can be trimmed to size to protect against excessive heat sources. Made from high-temperature resistant fiberglass and with a thickness of only 0.060", Heat Screen™ features a thermal barrier on one side, made of a high-quality aluminized Mylar reflective surface, capable of withstanding direct heat up to 1200°F. Heat Screen™ can be used to protect areas where excessive heat can blister paint, where exhaust pipes run close to the fuel tank, and has many other applications, including floors, body panels, and under carpets. Available with or without adhesive (see options above). A high-temperature adhesive, such as DEI's high-temperature adhesive spray or heat-resistant sealant, can be applied to secure Heat Screen™ without adhesive, as well as mechanical fasteners like screws or rivets. DEI's Cool Tape™ is ideal for sealing and covering seams.
