Nitrous Express Burst panels allow for pressure relief in the event of an intake backfire. These reusable valves use an O-ring on the panel and the manifold, allowing them to be installed on almost any sheet metal or cast aluminum manifold. The panel does not need to be replaced after a backfire, as the springs reset automatically. The panel features a 3.8 cm (1.5-inch) hole that allows for the release of excessive pressure, whether from an intake backfire or a failure in a naturally aspirated engine. They are a very cost-effective safety measure to protect carburetors, throttle bodies, and intake manifolds.
