Forge Turbo Outlet Hose for BMW 335 Diesel E90/91/92/93 2006-2013 (N57).
The combination of heat, oil, and boost pressure from the turbocharger puts excessive strain on the original hose, deteriorating its metal walls and connectors. After several issues with these hoses and the consequent loss of turbo pressure, BMW offers customers an expensive and low-quality replacement part.
The Forge Motorsport hose is manufactured from 4 layers of fluorosilicone, designed to withstand the temperatures, pressures, and oil corrosion present at the turbocharger outlet. The alloy fittings are CNC machined for a perfect fit with other components.
Please note that this kit does not include a poorly fitting O-ring, and you need to remove the original seals from the standard fitting to install the Forge fitting.
If you need to replace the O-rings, you can purchase the original ones from BMW with part numbers 11618506786 or 11617791470. These two part numbers correspond to the original and replacement O-rings, both of the same quality and size.
Note: The original O-rings must be retained for the assembly of the high-hardness part. Note: It is very important to follow the installation guide when fitting this hose; otherwise, it will be too short.
