This Forge intake hose for the Ford Fiesta ST MK8 and Puma ST is installed between the air filter and the turbo inlet pipe and is a highly visible part in the engine bay. It is available in red, blue, grey, and black, and is fully compatible with the original airbox or the Forge intake for this application.
Unlike the original Ford hose (K1BY-9R504-A), the Forge intake hose maintains a constant internal diameter to ensure smooth airflow to the turbocharger, which users report improves engine response.
This product includes high-tension clamps.
The Forge silicone hoses included in this kit have been designed with a high-quality modified silicone inner liner, known as fluorosilicone. This allows them to be used with modern long-life coolants using Organic Acid Technology (OAT). Their construction exceeds that of the original equipment and enhances the look of the engine bay, both technically and aesthetically.
