This Forge reinforced silicone intake hose replaces the original part (5WA129654A) and is compatible with the 2-liter turbo engine of various VAG vehicles, including the new Golf GTI MK8, for both left-hand and right-hand drive versions and DNP engine code. Thanks to its location, it significantly improves the aesthetics of the engine compartment and removes the restrictions of the original rigid plastic hose.
The hose has an internal diameter of 70 mm and 80 mm.
The Forge silicone hoses in this kit incorporate a high-quality modified silicone inner liner, known as fluorosilicone. This allows for its use with modern long-life organic acid technology (OAT) coolants.
