Forge Motorsport FMDVRTSI Recirculation Valve Kit for Audi Seat Skoda VW VAG 1.4 TSI 180hp

This Forge valve kit is for the VAG 1.4 TSI twincharged (supercharged and turbocharged) engines, with the electronically controlled bypass valves (2 bolt fitting). It is recommended for any vehicle where the boost pressure has been increased by a software ECU upgrade and for unmodified vehicles operating in warmer climates, as a solution to the many failures that have occurred to the original valve.

This alternative is an advanced engineered solution offering significantly improved reliability. Our valve and installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum actuated piston valve that still retains the OEM ECU control over the valve’s actuation. This product has been thoroughly designed and tested with the express aim of offering improved valve response and maintaining ECU control, whilst not generating any fault codes, or causing the check engine light to ever illuminate, or presenting any other adverse effects. All the required components and detailed instructions are included and everything is designed to make installation as simple as possible. In the Box:
