Fuel Hanger Plumbing Kit for FR-S / BRZ / GT86 / GR86 Radium Engineering Stainless Filter

20-0966-0X Fuel Hanger Plumbing Kit, compatible with FR-S/BRZ/GT86/GR86 (not for automatic transmission models). This kit converts the original returnless fuel system to a traditional return system. It includes everything needed for direct connection to the OEM or aftermarket fuel rails, for both single and dual pump setups. An -8AN PTFE hose connects to a Radium Engineering fuel filter, which mounts under the vehicle using a chassis-specific bolt-on bracket. Depending on the selected kit (-03 or -05), the fuel filter will be assembled with one of two different elements.

The fuel filter features an integrated check valve. An in-line fuel pressure gauge attaches to the filter and an adjustable Radium RA-Series Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR). This regulator incorporates the first tool-free pressure adjustment. No more locknut and adjustment screw are required. With a simple turn of the knob, pressure is increased or decreased. To make pressure adjustment easier, there are incremental detents that provide haptic feedback to the user. Each detent allows a 1 psi (+/-0.5 psi) adjustment depending on the current fuel pressure. Furthermore, RA-series regulators feature a 360-degree rotating double o-ring vacuum reference port. This is an industry first. It allows the installer to quickly orient the vacuum fitting in any direction without tools.

4 interchangeable 10-32 threaded vacuum port fittings are provided to cover all scenarios. 1. Barbed fitting: A black zinc-coated 3/16" (5mm) barb, machined from high-strength steel, compatible with the following vacuum hoses: 5/32" (4mm), 3/16" (5mm), and 7/32" (6mm). 2. 3AN Male fitting: A black zinc-coated adapter, machined from high-strength steel, compatible with 3AN hose ends. 3. Pressure fitting: A nickel-plated brass fitting with Buna-N O-rings compatible with 1/4" OD rigid plastic tubing. 4. Vacuum plug: A black oxide stainless steel screw used to maintain constant (non-dynamic) fuel pressure. To maintain the same fuel pressure as the original fuel system, this plug must be used. -6AN PTFE hoses are included to connect to the injection fuel rails and high-pressure fuel pump. This kit is compatible with all types of gasoline, including unleaded, leaded, oxygenated, and premixed. Additionally, it is compatible with alcohol fuel mixtures such as methanol, ethanol, and E85.
