2014-2019 Chevrolet Corvette (manual transmission only)
These kits include all necessary plumbing for the engine, including fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, fuel lines, adapters, and mounting hardware. From the fuel pump outlet, an 8AN PTFE fuel hose runs down to a chassis-mounted fuel filter, near the fuel tank. Depending on the kit selected (20-1011-03 and 20-1011-05), the fuel filter will be assembled with either stainless steel or glass microfiber elements (respectively). An in-line T-fitting is installed with the feed, allowing use of the stock sensor for tuning.
From the fuel filter, another 8AN PTFE fuel hose runs through the tunnel parallel to the torque tube and up to the fuel pressure regulator. Heat insulation is included to protect the hose and vacuum line from the exhaust system.
The fuel pressure regulator is attached to an aluminum bracket near the brake master cylinder. The fuel pressure regulator features multiple high-pressure ports. An SAE quick connect adapter is included to connect the fuel pressure regulator (FPR) to the stock fuel high-pressure pump (HPFP) using the stock fuel feed line. Adapters and a fuel pressure gauge are provided to properly monitor and calibrate the FPR. The stock fuel feed line (running from the reservoir to the engine bay) is repurposed as the return line. Adapters are included to connect both ends of the return line (FPR and fuel hanger).
