The ZRP crankshaft for the Honda F20C is manufactured from solid aerospace-grade 4340 steel, with no compromises made on material quality to ensure the best possible product. This crankshaft was carefully designed based on our vast experience to provide the best possible engine performance, and the production process involves very strict inspections to ensure the highest quality and tight tolerances for a perfect fit. The Honda crankshaft is fully balanced to 1 gr.cm /- 0.1 using state-of-the-art Sunnen machines. Balancing report included. Multi-stage heat treatment. Shot peening for stress relief. 100% Magna-fluxing for a flawless surface finish. Heat treated for superior wear resistance. Micro-polished for extended bearing life. Ultrasonically and X-ray tested to ensure a reliable final product.
