Aluminum pulley for Mercedes 1.8 Kompressor M271, 30% lighter than the steel versions. Designed to increase boost pressure by up to 0.4 bar, our pulley offers a power increase of up to 20 hp with significant torque gains throughout the entire RPM range. Combine it with our ECU remap to achieve +40 hp compared to the stock compressor.
Unlike other boost increase methods, the RTMG pulley for the Mercedes M271 is designed not to exceed the limits of the stock compressor, ensuring maximum reliability. It does not cause damage or additional wear to the compressor or other components such as the water pump, alternator, bearings, etc.
100% manufactured from aluminum alloy using modern CNC machinery and certified to ISO standards. Our design allows the pulley to be installed without damaging the compressor shaft thanks to its double-cone clamping system. No special skills are required for installation, and it can be mounted without removing the compressor from the engine. This product is manufactured in Greece, and RTMG Performance has been producing and exporting it worldwide since 2007. It comes with a 2-year warranty!
