The fuel rail features four threaded ports, all with 8AN ORB threads.

The Radium Engineering Port Injection Kit (PIK) installs between the intake manifold and cylinder head. It allows the use of port injectors for additional fueling on high horsepower K20C1 engines. This kit does NOT replace the OEM direct injection system. It includes the PIK adapter plate, custom fuel rail, fuel rail mounting hardware, and OEM Honda gaskets, as shown in the image below. It is compatible with all fuel types, including common alcohol blends such as E85. The fuel rail features a 0.63" diameter internal bore. It is CNC machined from 6063 extruded aluminum and laser etched for a high-quality surface finish. The 4 ports are machined with 8AN ORB (3/4-16 female) threads. Note that the 2 upper fuel rail ports will need to be plugged with 14-0150 unless the OEM wiring harness plastic bracket is modified.

Spacers and insulating washers are included to completely insulate the fuel rail from the heat generated by the cylinder head and transmitted through the mounting bolts. The injectors are positioned at a specific angle to ensure proper spray into the intake ports.

This kit is designed for specific top-feed fuel injectors with upper and lower O-ring spacing, as shown below. The upper and lower injector O-rings must be 14mm in diameter. The included fuel rail mounting brackets allow for the use of fuel injectors of 2 different heights.
