NOTES:

1. Not compatible with the first generation Lamborghini Gallardo 5.0L engine.

2. Not compatible with the second generation Audi R8 Type-4S upper or lower intake manifold.

3. Not compatible with the Lamborghini Huracán upper or lower intake manifold. The Radium Engineering Port Injection Kit (PIK) installs between the intake manifold and the cylinder head lower runners. It allows the use of port injectors for the additional fuel required in highly modified 5.2L V10 engines. This kit does NOT replace the original direct injection system. The fuel rails are CNC machined from 6063 extruded aluminum with a 17.5mm (0.69 inch) internal bore. They are anodized for oxidation protection and laser engraved for a high-quality surface finish. Both ends of each fuel rail are machined with 8AN ORB (3/4-16 female) threads. Anodized 6061 aluminum brackets secure the fuel rails with stainless steel flat head screws. OEM quality gaskets are included for sealing to the intake manifold. The PIK adapter plates can also be used as a simple intake manifold spacer without the need for the fuel rails. Only 2AN ORB plugs are required. FUEL INJECTOR COMPATIBILITY This kit is designed for specific top-feed fuel injectors with the upper and lower O-ring spacing shown below. The upper and lower injector O-rings must have a 14mm diameter. Shown below are some of the many compatible fuel injectors.

1. Fuel injectors, port fittings, fuel hose, wiring, injector controller, charge pipe, etc., are NOT included in the 20-0865 kit.

2. See kits 20-0867-03 and 20-0867-05 (below) for information on the plumbing which includes the necessary adapters, fuel filter, regulator, gauge, and hose.

3. For high-horsepower port injection, see the Radium Engineering fuel surge tank.

4. Because the PIK will increase intake manifold spacing, minor adjustment of the throttle body coupler may be required.

5. Compatible with all fuel types, including common alcohol blends such as E85.
