With a simple portable display to set injection points, this controller can be mounted remotely or in an easily accessible location depending on the application. The progressive VC-30 controller, with included digital display and boost pressure sensor, injects proportionally more or less water/methanol according to boost pressure. Start and max points are adjustable to optimize the activation and delivery curve according to engine needs. Proportional water/methanol injection according to boost pressure provides precise delivery, allowing improvements in cooling and performance over a wide range, improving drivability and cooling. Especially useful for direct injection engines, as it eliminates 100% of carbon buildup on valves. Recommended for all turbocharged or centrifugal supercharged gasoline street/track vehicles seeking cooling over a wide RPM range. This kit uses the only OEM-approved water-methanol injection pump on the market, featuring a patented thermal flange, double seal, and custom motor winding for cooler, longer-lasting operation than the competition. The 300 PSI UHO pump for extreme environments is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, with sealed and encapsulated O-ring connections to prevent moisture from entering. Compare this to pumps that use a sleeve. These sleeves retain moisture around the pump, causing corrosion and trapping heat, significantly reducing its lifespan. The Stage 2 comes standard with 100% methanol-resistant components, made of stainless steel, nickel-plated, EPDM, and hard-anodized to ensure years of continuous use. Additionally, it incorporates new Snow Performance ACU-SEAL compression fittings for leak-free operation, even with pure methanol. Whether you use a supercharger, turbocharger, or high-compression engine, the Stage 2 Boost Cooler will cool and densify the intake charge, increasing the octane of 91 octane fuel to 116 octane, thus allowing maximum power at all times!
