With a simple portable display for setting injection points, this controller can be mounted remotely or placed in an easily accessible location, depending on the application. The VC-30 progressive controller, with included digital display and boost pressure sensor, proportionally injects more or less water/methanol based on pressure. Start and max points are adjustable to optimize the activation and delivery curve, adapting to the engine's needs. Proportional water/methanol injection based on boost pressure provides precise delivery, allowing for improved cooling and performance over a wide range, optimizing driving and cooling. It is especially useful for direct injection engines, as it eliminates 100% of carbon buildup on the valves. Recommended for all forced induction gasoline vehicles, whether for street or track use, that use a turbocharger or centrifugal supercharger and seek wide-range cooling.

This kit uses the only OEM-approved water-methanol injection pump on the market, with a patented thermal flange, double seals, and custom motor winding to operate at lower temperatures and for longer than the competition. The 300 PSI UHO pump for extreme environments is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, with sealed and encapsulated O-ring connections to ensure no moisture enters the pump's interior. Compare this to pumps that use a sleeve. These sleeves retain moisture around the pump unit, leading to corrosion and trapping heat, significantly reducing pump life. Stage 2 comes standard with 100% methanol-resistant components, made of stainless steel, nickel-plated, EPDM, and hard-anodized to ensure years of continuous use. It also incorporates new Snow Performance ACU-SEAL compression fittings to ensure leak-free operation, even with 100% methanol. Whether you use a supercharger, turbocharger, or high-compression engine, the Stage 2 Boost Cooler will cool and densify the intake charge, increasing the viscosity of 91 octane fuel to 116 octane, thereby allowing maximum power at all times!
