Competition Intercooler Kit for Fiat 595 Abarth (Competizione) Fiat 500 Abarth 595 1.4 Turbo 103-132KW/140-180 PS (2015-2022) *does not fit plug and play for USA models. The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler has a new competition core (Tube Fin) with dimensions of 600mm x 204.6mm x 80mm (9.8 liters), which was specially developed for the requirements of the Fiat 500 Abarth. This high-performance core offers an 85% larger frontal area and a 131% larger core volume compared to the stock intercooler. The cast aluminum end tanks were designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). For the best possible heat exchange, the WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler is installed at the front of the car, replacing the two original side intercoolers. The new elliptical hose connection to the outlet of this intercooler, together with the WAGNERTUNING silicone hoses, allows the intake distance to be reduced to a minimum. Thanks to the lower back pressure of the intercooler system (see diagram) and the short intake distance, the overall response is significantly improved. An anti-corrosion coating with thermally conductive properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from the elements, thus ensuring optimal and long-lasting cooling. Its installation is simple (plug and play), as it involves replacing the original intercooler. All our products are subject to continuous quality control.
