Competition intercooler kit for GR Yaris 1.6-L Turbo

The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler features a new competition core (bar and plate) with dimensions of 630 mm x 137 mm x 135 mm + 630 mm x 43 mm x 100 mm (stepped core: 14.36 litres) / 24.8 in. x 5.4 in. x 5.3 in. + 24.8 in. x 1.7 in. x 3.94 in. (stepped core: 876 in.³), developed specifically for the demands of the Toyota GR Yaris. This high-performance core offers a 24% larger frontal area and a 69% higher volume compared to the stock intercooler.

The cast aluminum end tanks were designed using CAD and optimized through CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). The result is excellent cooling capacity with minimal back pressure. The newly designed high-performance core provides sufficient airflow to adjacent components (e.g., water cooler) thanks to a specially designed air deflector. This kit is therefore perfect for racing. Optimal charge air cooling with a significant increase in performance!

An anti-corrosion powder coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from the elements, thus ensuring a lasting optimal cooling effect. Installation is done by replacing the original intercooler and is very straightforward (plug and play). All our products are subject to continuous quality control.

The inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to Ø60 mm (Ø2.36 inches). Therefore, this kit includes reinforced silicone hoses, as well as an aluminum boost and intake pipe.

Volume = 8.5 L / 519 in³

Frontal Area = 913 cm² / 141 in²

WAGNERTUNING intercooler details:

Volume = 14.36 L / 876 in³ (+69 %)

Frontal Area = 1134 cm² / 176 in² (+24 %)
