Wagner Tuning EVO3.X competition intercooler kit for Audi RS3 8P

The EVO3 Competition Intercooler Kit for the Audi RS3 8P is now available with TÜV certificate and two different intercooler core options. Important note: We recommend using the standard version for power applications up to 600 hp and the X version for power applications over 600 hp. The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (515 mm x 367 [274] mm x 95 mm) and therefore offers 120% more cooling surface and 142% more intake air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed competition core provides adjacent components, such as the water cooler, with sufficient airflow and is also very lightweight. The intercooler end tanks are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analysis in the CAD system. With the help of additional air deflectors in the internal inlet, uniform filling of the intercooler is provided. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. Therefore, this kit is just what you need for competition. The intercooler and the original crossmember form a stable unit and weigh only 11.2 kg. It mounts to the original mounting points and installation is simple (1:1 replacement). Optimal intake air cooling with a clear increase in performance!
