This complete installation kit includes everything needed to install a Radium Fuel Surge Tank (FSTR-RA) in a 2017+ Ford F150 Raptor EcoBoost. The FSTR-RA is sold separately.
The OEM fuel pump is re-used to keep the surge tank full, returning excess back to the OEM tank. The new pump in the FSTR-RA feeds the engine and is regulated by the integrated fuel pressure regulator in the surge tank. This pump continues to provide fuel, even if the OEM pump momentarily runs dry.
A Radium fuel pressure gauge is included for setting and monitoring fuel pressure. The integrated regulator in the FSTR-RA can be vacuum referenced if a 1:1 fuel pressure is required or run static (no vacuum reference) to mimic the OEM system.
The Ford F150 Raptor Installation Kit locates the FSTR-RA in a crash-safe area underneath the left side of the truck. The polished stainless steel bracket mounts securely to existing OEM mounting points.
Also included are wiring components with flying leads incorporating Raychem solderless butt splices, as well as a weatherproof fuse and relay for powering the FSTR-RA fuel pump. Wiring is very simple and installs in under 30 minutes.
