The exquisite MMR Performance Big Brake kit for the Mini F56 utilizes our own forged 6-piston monoblock calipers, combined with 355mm two-piece floating discs.

The MMR Performance 6-piston front brake upgrade for the MINI F56 is a step above any other option on the market for this platform. Designed without compromise for exceptional braking performance, it incorporates motorsport-inspired features, providing an authentic supercar aesthetic and feel to the braking system.

At the heart of our brake kit are the lightweight forged monoblock calipers. Instead of two bolted-together halves, this is a single-piece construction that begins as an ultra-strong forged block. From this block, an extensive 5-axis CNC machining process gives each caliper its stunning finish. This construction technique, usually reserved only for the highest-specification motorsport brake systems, ensures maximum braking performance under extreme road or track conditions. The result is a 6-piston brake caliper that is stiffer and lighter than any other, with exceptional cooling and a stunning design. Its slim profile provides extreme rigidity and light weight, facilitating fitment on 18" wheels without the need for spacers. Additionally, we offer a choice of colors: Gloss Red, Graphite Grey, Metallic Blue, or an elegant Nickel Chrome finish.

The calipers are paired with high-performance 355mm diameter and 32mm thick, fully floating discs, manufactured from two-piece cast carbon, which offer a much higher coefficient of friction than conventional steel discs. Requires at least 18" wheels.

The discs feature a directional curved vane design to optimize cooling and reduce overheating. The fully floating mounting between the disc and the bell allows for thermal expansion and contraction, thus preventing cracks. Anti-vibration mounts ensure quiet operation.
