The RacingLine Stage 3+ Carbon Ceramic Brake Kit introduces CCM Carbon Ceramic braking technology to the MQB platform—a world-first.

Each disc weighs almost half the factory original disc, and additionally, the kit incorporates racing-inspired features. Amazing braking performance, time after time.

The kit features a stunning anodized finish on the calipers and 380mm discs, requiring at least 19-inch wheels for a perfect fit.

RacingLine's 380mm disc construction interweaves discontinuous carbon fiber to form a 3D multi-directional matrix. This results in significant weight savings, performance, and durability compared to traditional steel brakes.

Most importantly, even with the size of these CCM discs, they weigh almost half that of factory steel discs (which are much smaller). This makes a huge difference in unsprung weight.

With more than triple the thermal capacity of conventional brakes, the repeatability of braking power is exceptional. It's unprecedented braking for any metallic disc kit.

Despite this performance capability, our Stage 3+ Carbon kit is perfect for daily use, with good pedal response even when cold.

Each stiff and lightweight forged monobloc caliper is manufactured from a single piece of ultra-strong forged billet, exquisitely finished through a complex CNC machining process. RacingLine’s advanced 5-axis CNC manufacturing techniques have been employed to make this kit resemble top-tier racing components more than typical aftermarket parts. The result is a combination of ultimate track performance with lightness, stiffness, and exquisite attention to detail.

The result is a 6-piston caliper that is stiffer and lighter than any other, with exceptional cooling and a stunning finish. The robustness of this construction allows for thin-profile calipers which, in addition to providing extreme stiffness and lightweight, make for easy wheel fitting.

Given that the RacingLine kit is designed exclusively for VWG vehicles (rather than generic calipers offered by other manufacturers), considerable development time has been invested to perfectly define piston sizing, matching them to VWG master cylinders and brake boosters for a progressive and precise pedal response.

Despite the size of these calipers, their weight is significantly lower than factory ones. The caliper, pad, and bracket assembly weighs 5.3 kg (11.7 lb) versus 8.6 kg (18.9 lb) for the standard Golf 7R/S3. Equivalent.

The kit includes CCM-specific brake pads. RacingLine has specified a generic pad size for this kit, meaning you have a wide range of alternative CCM pad brands and compounds available if you have your favorites or plan for heavy track use.

This Stage 3+ brake kit includes everything needed for installation: CCM discs, calipers, mounting brackets, high-performance road pads, and braided steel lines. Additionally, it offers the option of RacingLine's hub adapters for increased clearance on original wheels.
