OVERVIEW: This extension kit allows an additional 1.2 liters of volume for the fuel surge tank found in many FCST-X's (10-year anniversary special edition). This also lowers the one-way fill valves for further protection against fuel starvation at low levels. As pictured below, the anodized aluminum canister secures between the top plate and the existing surge tank canister.

Because it is 3.7 inches taller, it is not compatible with shallow fuel cells. A longer stainless steel pump bracket replaces the existing pump bracket. Parts pictured below in blue are included.

NOTES:

1. Fuel cells must be at least 10.8 inches (275mm) deep. This is measured from the upper sealing surface to the inner bottom of the fuel cell. These are not assembled by Radium Engineering when purchasing an FCST-X. This kit must be installed by the end user. If installing this extension kit on 20-1991-00 model (for Bosch BR540 or DW400), Radium P/N: 14-0691 Adapters are required. The quantity needed is directly dependent on the number of fuel pumps installed in the surge tank.
