ZRP Black Nitrided Standard Intake Valves are designed for Audi and Volkswagen 1.4L TFSI (EA211) engines, offering excellent durability, precise valve control, and reliable operation under demanding conditions. Manufactured from high-quality, one-piece forged stainless steel, these valves undergo a specialized black nitriding treatment to significantly enhance surface hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength.
The black nitriding treatment diffuses nitrogen into the outer layer of the valve, creating a hard, low-friction surface that reduces stem-to-guide friction and improves lubrication stability. Unlike localized chrome coatings, the entire valve, including the stem and head, is uniformly black nitrided, ensuring consistent protection and a long service life.
Each valve is precision-forged, CNC-machined, polished, and tip-hardened to meet strict dimensional tolerances. This ensures reliable sealing, stable operation at high RPMs, and excellent compatibility with both naturally aspirated and turbocharged engines.
