RTMG Performance Twin Disc Clutch Kit for 2.0 TFSI EA113 800Nm

Our twin-disc clutch has been designed by our in-house engineers and extensively tested in drag, drift, and daily driver vehicles, to achieve excellent pedal feel, high torque capacity, and reliability. The friction materials are metallic ceramic or organic, made in Germany, with an outside diameter of 185mm.

All replacement components, such as the clutch diaphragm spring, pivot ring, pressure plate, clutch discs, floating discs, etc., are available individually to replace any worn components, thus avoiding the need to purchase a complete clutch kit. The pressure plate and floating disc surfaces are ground to provide a uniform and smooth friction zone. The hub splines are made of high-strength steel and then heat-treated to increase their surface hardness.

It is recommended that buyers choose a torque 20% higher than their engine's maximum torque, in case the intended use includes frequent use of Launch Control and Flat Shift.

Please note that when using Launch Control and Flat Shift, wear is exponential. If the crankshaft thrust is 180 degrees, it is recommended to add a second thrust, as the crankshaft receives greater axial loads.
