RTMG Performance dual-disc clutch kit for 1.8T 20VT 6-speed O2M 600Nm lightweight LUK

Our twin-disc clutch has been designed by our in-house engineers and extensively tested in drag racing, drift, and daily-use vehicles to achieve excellent pedal feel, high torque capacity, and reliability. The friction materials are either metallic ceramic or organic, manufactured in Germany, with an outside diameter of 185 mm to 200 mm.

All replacement components, such as the clutch diaphragm spring, pivot ring, pressure plate, clutch discs, floater discs, etc., are available individually to replace any worn parts, thus avoiding the need to purchase a complete clutch kit. The pressure plate and floater disc surfaces are ground to provide a uniform and smooth friction zone. The hub splines are manufactured from high-strength steel and subsequently heat-treated to increase surface hardness.

It is recommended that buyers choose a torque rating 20% higher than their engine's maximum torque if the intended use includes frequent use of Launch Control and Flat Shift.

Please note that when using Launch Control and Flat Shift, wear is exponential. In case of a 180-degree crankshaft thrust, it is recommended to add a second thrust, as the crankshaft receives greater axial loads.
