RTMG Performance 200mm Twin Disc Clutch Kit for BMW M60B30/M60B40 V8 engine, Stage 3, 800 Nm

Our twin-plate clutch has been designed by our in-house engineers and extensively tested in drag, drift and daily driven vehicles, to achieve excellent pedal feel, high torque capacity, and reliability. Friction materials are ceramic, made in Germany, and the outer diameter is 200mm.

All spare components, such as the clutch diaphragm spring, pivot ring, pressure plate, clutch discs, float discs, etc., are available individually to replace any worn component, thus avoiding the need to purchase a full clutch kit. The pressure plate and float disc surfaces are ground to provide a consistent and smooth friction zone. The hub splines are made from high-strength steel and then heat-treated to increase their surface hardness.

It is recommended that buyers opt for 20% higher torque than their engine's maximum torque, in case the intended use includes frequent use of Launch Control and Flat Shift.

Please note that when using Launch Control and Flat Shift, wear is exponential. In the event that the crankshaft thrust is 180 degrees, it is recommended to add a second thrust, as the crankshaft receives higher axial stresses.
