Twin-disc clutch kit for BMW M50, M52, M54, S50, and S54, compatible with GS6-37DZ and GS6-37BZ gearboxes (Stage 2).
CNC-machined steel single-mass flywheel for BMW.
Approximate flywheel weight: 6.4 kg. Total kit weight without discs: ~13.2 kg
240 mm clutch discs with 4 pads and multi-spline hub profile: 26.5x29–22N and MIBA sintered pads
New Sachs pressure plate without self-adjusters
Includes release bearing and grade 12.9 flywheel bolts
All clutches are end-to-end balanced using Schenck CNC balancing machines (protocol included)
Maximum performance capacity of the kit: approximately 1000 Nm
In drifting: up to 800 Nm, depending on traction and use
Break-in period required: 1000 km or 5000 gear changes
Compatible with M50, M52, M54, S50, S54 engines and GS6-37DZ (E46 320d, E9x 320d) or GS6-37BZ (E46 330i lift, E60 530i) gearbox
