FMIC.EU EGR Delete Kit for Ford Mondeo and Jaguar X-Type 2.0 and 2.2 TDCi
High-quality aluminum replacement for the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve from FMIC. The flange is TIG welded and machined to ensure a perfect fit to the intake manifold. Additionally, it features CNC machining to create an O-ring groove that prevents leaks at the connection point. The flange ends with a rolled bead to prevent the hose from slipping off.
Using the FMIC EGR flange offers numerous advantages, such as faster turbo response at low RPMs, reduced carbon deposit buildup (a common cause of EGR valve damage), and increased airflow. The flange outlet diameter is 51 mm.
