OVERVIEW Due to the continuous and intense heat cycling during track use, plastic coolant reservoirs often fail over time. Fortunately, Radium Engineering's robust 2-piece replacement reservoir is CNC-machined and anodized for enhanced durability. Furthermore, since aluminum is a superior thermal conductor, heat transfer is even improved. Its metal construction is robust enough for competition use.

This kit directly replaces the Toyota plastic reservoir. A specially designed mounting bracket attaches to existing threaded holes and adapters connect to the factory hoses. The reservoir's functionality is the same as the original cooling system. Additionally, the reservoir holds the same coolant capacity as the factory unit. However, its reduced size allows for more engine bay space for other modifications and easier engine access for servicing. Radium Engineering's coolant expansion tank has proven its effectiveness over the years in numerous applications worldwide, in both race and street vehicles.

Its internal design features two chambers with crossover passages at the top and bottom. The coolant reservoir also features an internal swirl system to help de-aerate the system.
