This would typically draw unwanted crankcase vapors, unburnt fuel, and oil sludge into the intake manifold immediately after high-load operation. However, when the engine is under high load (WOT), the line experiences high flow from the crankcase to the intake system. This would typically cause oil and sludge to build up in the air filter intake tube.
