The MMR Performance oil catch tank kit for BMW F2x and F3x with N55 engine has been designed to separate unwanted oil from the PCV system before it is recirculated into the intake system. Our oil catch tank kit has been designed to ensure your engine runs at its peak performance. By separating unwanted oil from the PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) system before it is recirculated into the intake system, the result is a cleaner, more reliable, and better-performing engine.

Direct-injection engines, such as the N55, are prone to sludge and carbon buildup on the back of the intake valves, leading to a significant decrease in engine power and efficiency over time. This is where our oil separator comes into play.

By capturing unwanted oil and water vapor through the separator's filter and separation process, the intake air carries much less oil mist, providing clean airflow through the intake manifold and resulting in a higher proportion of burned oxygen for a better and more efficient combustion process. Equally importantly, this keeps the intercooler and intake tracts free of long-term oil buildup.

The T-6061 oil separator housing, anodized in our signature MMR gloss black, sits in the inner fender using our precision-machined bracket for easy installation. Thanks to race-spec hoses and race fittings, installation is extremely simple; we have even replicated the most complex rocker cover connector in machined aluminum!
