This comprehensive installation kit includes everything needed to install a Radium Engineering fuel surge tank with a 39mm fuel pump into a Porsche 911 Turbo (996).
The Porsche 996 Turbo surge tank kit places the surge tank in a safe trunk location, centered in front of the fuel tank, allowing for maximum trunk space. The anodized aluminum bracket securely attaches to the factory fuel pump lid studs, and includes an aluminum replacement lid.
The factory fuel pump assembly uses a sensitive dual venturi pump system that cannot be easily modified. This surge tank kit includes a surge tank-specific orifice that maintains the necessary pressure in the factory venturi system.
To adapt the PTFE hoses to the factory Porsche lines, Radium designed low-profile SAE quick-disconnect fittings, which are included in the kit. Included are:
-Pre-assembled 3/8" (-6AN) PTFE Hoses -Aluminum Mounting Bracket -Aluminum Fuel Pump Lid Cover -AN and OEM Adapters -Stainless Steel Hardware -Wiring Components with Relay and Fuse -Solderless Heat Shrink Connectors
