The kit is available for most non-M BMW models, such as:

1 Series: E81, E82, E87, E88, F20

3 Series: E30, E36, E46, E90, E91, E92, E93, F30

5 Series: E28, E34, E39, E60, E61, F10

6 Series: E63, E64

X1: E84 (rear differential)

Exceptions:

The Z4 and X3 have a 188L (168L) type differential, even though the catalog shows 188K (168K). All models manufactured after 2008 have 188LW, although the catalog indicates 188L.

The BMW E36 Compact manufactured in 2000 has 188K, even though the catalog indicates 188mm.

Important notes:

Before installation, inspect the inner surface of the small spider gears to ensure they are not damaged. If they are not smooth, they must be machined for optimal performance.
BMW models after 2008 have a ring gear welded to the carrier unit. For the installation of an aftermarket limited-slip differential (LSD), including RacingDiffs, this ring gear must be machined.

RacingDiffs recommends Motul Gear Competition 75w140 oil for all its products.
