EWP®80 Alloy Flange Kit – Remote Electric Water Pump (12V)

The EWP®80 Alloy Flange Kit configuration mirrors that of the successful EWP®80 Nylon pump. It provides a maximum flow rate of 90 l/min and is compatible with most vehicle engines up to two litres, as an alternative to the mechanical belt-driven pump or as an auxiliary pump.

This compact pump is manufactured from lightweight aluminum and uses 6-bolt flange connections for greater mounting flexibility. With a superb matte black powder coat finish, it eliminates parasitic power losses, providing up to 10 kW (13 hp) of additional power and increased engine torque. Widely used in intercooler applications.

12 5x12mm flanged hex bolts, zinc plated

1 35mm nylon flange adapter, 90 degree elbow

1 35mm nylon flange adapter, straight

2 O-rings for EWP adapter

2 3mm (1/8") rubber sleeves for adapter

2 hose clamps

1 EWP basic wiring harness

1 wire connector / 6mm ring terminal / self-tapping screw

1 12V, 40 amp relay

1 installation instruction manual
