Wisefab front narrow drift angle lock kit for BMW E46

Higher roll center: The Wisefab suspension kit raises the front roll center in lowered vehicles, providing greater roll stiffness and allowing the front sway bar to be removed, which enables maximum steering angle.

Revised steering geometry (Ackermann): Normally, in a turn, the inner wheel has a greater angle than the outer one. For drifting, this implies a loss of speed and grip, and we have corrected this to obtain the best performance.

Good camber control with high steering angles: At high steering angles, the front wheel will have positive camber, which is not beneficial. It reduces front grip and, during a turn or rollover, creates a transition in the contact patch between the inner and outer edge. It is not possible to eliminate it completely, but with our geometry, we have reduced it to a minimum.

Steering jacking effect control: During drifting, when the steering angle is much greater, the jacking effect is also greater, even with the same geometry, and could become a problem. We have monitored it and modified the geometry to avoid handling issues. Predictable self-alignment control. With certain suspension geometry and high steering angles, the steering wheel may lock at the end of the turn and the driver may need to apply force to turn it. We know what causes it and we have minimized, or even completely eliminated, it.
